  1. I am 6 months into these workout routines and I am struggling to lose weight only now seeing gains. It takes more than exercise to lose weight you also need a good diet. Cutting sugar out of your diet would do more for losing weight alone then doing these videos 5 days a week.

  2. I worked up a decent sweat in this relatively short workout. I'm certain I will feel some soreness tomorrow. Thank you sooo much for all you two do. I am very thankful for Fitness Blender and I tell anyone who comments on my fit physique that is due to your great workouts.
