  1. STARTING WiTH 73cm (I think it's 2ft 4.740158 in)
    DAY ONE: I did it, it hurt so much but I think it means it's working
    DAY TWO: I did it, of course it's still 73

  2. This Workout really works guys trust me? I have done so many but this one is the best im in love with my stomach and im still eating like always, so eat what u want ❤️

  3. Day 1: I've been doing Chloe ting with my adds from martial arts and successfully did this till the end. I'm 1.65cm and 46.64 kg, let's see where this takes me!!! I feel my abs burning and even tho I don't normally sweat I cam definitely feel the burn in my body after this workout!

  4. Day 1: It was hard to do it at first I don’t have a flat stomach yet
    Day 2: It hurt badly but I’m feeling more confident my stomach is flatter by a little but it will be worth it
