Welcome back to another fun and effective home workout for your abs! This routine is great if you are low on time, or if you want to really target your ab muscles after a workout.

All the movements in this routine are ones that I use today, and when I started my fitness journey! I noticed that when I incorporated these exercises, my stomach area became more defined in the lower, mid, and upper sections.

I still use these exact movements in my workouts today because I love them so much!

  1. How come i just found this like 2 weeks ago. I started with a flat tummy, moderate to less belly fat and all i want to achieve is abs so here I am have been doing this workout for 2 weeks straight every day, it's bearable even though you're on your "thing". I noticed my lower belly have gotten flatter, my upper abs have gotten deeper as well as my side abs. There's no change on my diet, i just did intermittent fasting 3 days in a week.

I need to say something don't workout bc ppl say ur fat or heavy if ur comfortable in ur DAMN skin then who cares ITS UR BODY!!!! if they say it's bc we want u to not have problems when u get older or it cause we care lies IT YOUR choice!!!!! you workout if u want to not bc u keep hearing ppl think!!! I love you for who are not what PEOPLE want u to be!!!xoxox

    Trying this workout with her slim legs workout (pls remind me to update)

    I am not going to diet just eat in moderation and eat healthy

    I am 157 cm
    About 93 lbs or 42 kgs
    Waist measurement: 63 cm or 24 inches
    Lower stomach measurement: 75 or 29 inches

    Day 1: done and I am kinda tired
    Day 2: done and I weighed in today and was 41.7 kg btw I am recovering from Ed so I have gained a bit in recovery
    Day 3: it’s getting easier, I am still the same measurements
    Day 4: in the morning when I woke up I could see more definition in my abs and my legs looked a bit slimmer
    day 5: done

    day 6: i didn't do this today but I did a few crunches

    day 7: done

    day 8: went on a hike but didn't do

    day 9: done

    day 10: done

    day 11: went out so no

    day 12: done

    day 13: done

    day 14: i did a weigh in today and I am now 41.5kg and I can see a bit of defined abs

  5. Omg loving your workouts! Im doing the 30 days challenge and everyday i add one or two of your other workouts in the same area, now on day 5, hoping for results when im done!

  6. For those who are wondering if this workout is working:
    YES IT DOES WORK!
    I've been doing it for one and a half week now and I can already see the results. I previously had an originally semi-flat stomach so what I only needed was to gain abs and SO DID I!
    I've been doing this workout every day since I started and I already see the results. Not a huge difference but for this short amount of time, it's amazing. Also, it only takes 7 mins so you can do it!

  7. Im almost finished with my diet and your flat stomach workouts and an routines have really helped shape and trim my belly fat! I have a last 5 to 10 pounds I want to shred off and gain muscle and I’m definitely going to keep your routines a part of my life to keep healthy and fit.
