DAY 4. We are on your second to last day together!! We have all been working so hard and I want you to know how proud I am of you for sticking to this. We all start somewhere so remember to never compare your journey to someone else’s. I remember watching videos and feeling like I would never be as strong or as fit as others and all that does is set YOU back. This is your journey, YOUR goals, and your new healthy way of life.
This ab guide is yours now so continue to do these workouts! Feel free to repeat for 3-4 rounds to really BURN out your tummy. Nutrition is crucial so make sure you’re eating good healthy carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I recommend getting in some cardio today so head out for a run. I suggest running 1 mile and then walking for 2-3 miles just to cool down and get out of the house. Stay safe and healthy.
