Hello Rachel, I jammed you on YouTube just on the 13th of Sept, and started with the 30days booty challenge, I am currently on the 27th day as at today and with portion Control I am already seeing results. I was very sure I will see something for abs, so am gonna blow this for the next 30 days again from 14th of October….

  5. I loved this work out especially because it was DOABLE! no bruising your spine on the floor with crunches LOL! yet you feel the ab muscles working 🙂 This is definately a part of my regimen! its lower back friendly <3 <3 <3

  6. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and bad knees so doing any type of high impact exercise is risky for me. Thank you for giving me options!
