Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

  1. i’m doing this along with her 10 minute inner thigh workout
    day 1: did it twice, had trouble going on for the whole time, some burning in the core !
    day 2: woke up so sore!! same difficulty as yesterday. last exercise is the most challenging for me
    day 3: same as before
    day 4: ✅
    day 5 & 6: skipped
    day 7: did many other workouts with this today, only did this once
    day 8: same as yesterday
    day 9: same

  2. I have a lot of belly fat. I'm very young to do Lilly Sabri's workout, but after doing her 1-week workout, my belly fat reduced, and after that I kind of like to do workout all of a sudden. It's helping me a lot so I also have a lot of high hopes for this 2-week workout too, I'm hoping I get better results than before!

  4. Can I do this workout even if I have some fat around by belly area like is it gonna help me reduce the size of my belly ? Cuz my biggest fear is to do these workouts and end up growing abs UNDER my belly which will result to a bigger belly and that's definitely not whati want so. If anyone knows pls feel free to reply❤
    Ps: m on a diet and I eat in a calorie deficit

And now I’m doing flatter belly I think that’s what it’s called anyway and a full body fat loss in 14 days and a muffin top workout in the morning then at noon I do flat stomach and full body fat loss and the muffin top then in the evening the best abs workout and I’m doing that for two and a half months. (Also ONLY eating healthy for that time) part of the reason is I started a sugar challenge two weeks ago and I’m doing it for three months. Sorry this is so long, my bad.

  6. So last week, I did this workout and the flat stomach workout and the best abs workout for two weeks, and I lost an entire inch of my, well I was measuring just above my belly button so yeah.

  7. It's d 1st tym I'm taking up this challenge along with full body fat loss. My current measurements ; belly : 71.5 cm , lower belly : 81 cm. Will be back after 14 days .
