  1. Guys. lost a ton of fat doesn't need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular lose weight method called Okibetonic Secrets (google it). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of fat. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don't really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

  4. TIPS:
    1. Exercise on an empty stomach or before eating to burn more fat.
    2. incorporate protein into your diet to not only burn fat but turn fat into muscle
    3. get your full hours of sleep otherwise you wont be able to develop muscles effectively, and along with step 2, you need that to get that toned flat stomach look.
    4. Work on specific areas to get specific results
    5. eating less than the daily recommended calories (not too less, the point is to be healthy) helps with weight loss

    And remember, it gets a little easier every time!

  6. beginning: 3/8/21 117.8 pounds

    day one ✔️ – it wasn’t so bad as when i first did it two months ago but let me tell you i am so out of shape than i thought i was, i couldn’t even do the very last one. i feel a bit better though, i walked my dog and i did this so i feel pretty good. didn’t eat well today but could’ve been worse!
    day two ✔️ pretty exhausting ngl, a little bit easier but still i can tell how out of shape i am and it burned more
    day three ❌ – i missed that day because i was so busy i genuinely couldn’t fit it in, not due to laziness
    day four✔️ – I ACTUALLY DID THE LAST MOVE FINALLY!! i was able to go onto plank to push up and i am so proud, definitely shaky but i’m so glad! i can feel my body getting more into shape and i’ve never felt so good. overall workout was pretty good, definitely is feeling easier and cant believe i’m already getting finally back into shape. i’ve also been eating healthier along with doing a thigh workout from her. i hope i keep the motivation growing!

    day 14✔️ it was a lot more easier than usual, the frog sit ups get to my though

  10. Some motivation for y'all-Before I found Lilly's workouts I couldn't even do ten sit ups but now, I found this wayyyy too easy! No burn whatsoever, I have to do three intense ab workouts in a row just to feel something. I impressed myself and you guys can too! Keep going!

  12. Hi! I had a question ?! I had started training during quarantine so that I could have a flat stomach and now I almost have one but my abs really showed up but I don't want any so I was wondering how I could have a flat stomach without have abs ?!

  14. Hi Lilly, I just wanted to say how motivating your videos are to me. I have always struggled with losing weight. Especially when it comes to my belly and thighs. I started with your videos 3 weeks ago. And I see a real difference. My belly is really getting flatter. 4 months ago I became a mother and I really became unhappy with the way my body looked. That feeling is thankfully gone, thanks to you, your videos and motivation.

    I have already lost 10 inches (belly fat). I have to confess that the first week was incredibly hard. But once I pushed trough it, it became easier. And it is so worth it !
