Have you ever tried Okibetonic Secrets? I have heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

  3. thats the fourth video now (it means i did 45 mins of abs exercises from lilly) and i felt my belly fat shaking it was so weird and the first time it ever happened, i laughed a lot

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every single weight-loss method that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off.
