  1. just water and eat what told key is walking i walked not thinking miles i got up at 3 am to walk to work started work at 8 am get off from work at 5 pm walk back home it 7pm
    did that for a week i lost weight .

  2. I am a 62 year old male diagnosed with Diastasis recti. I have been told "NO Sit-ups" . Can I do these exercises safely or can you recommend an alternative?

  4. If you cut those foods out for one week and eat more greens (cooked and raw) and more whole foods then you can go another week and another. Then after 30 days you will find that your tastes have changed and you start liking things you've never liked. I hated onions, bell peppers, swiss chard, etc but now I love them. Factory food full of chemicals and sugars ruins your taste buds. You'll also find that sweet things like fruits just seem too sweet after a while. Pain will disappear, fat will go, mood is much better, fatigue will go, stress melts away. Do the exercises and eat right and you'll be like a new person!

  5. Excellent exercises. I'm dealing with long-haul covid 19 and haven't had the energy or health to exercise, so these are perfect to begin working out in a gentle way again.
