    Day 1:was hard but made it throught also did 50 crunches

    Day:2 not as hard did it two times and too small breaks also did 50 crunches

    Day:3 wasn't really tired like I was yesterday planks were easy did 50 crunches

    Day;4 not tired I feel great im starting to see a line form 50 crunches also

    low v scissors 50 seconds
    crunch roll 60 seconds.
    windmills 50 seconds.
    spider men crunch 50 seconds.
    side plank reach 40 seconds
    oblique crunches 45 seconds.
    full sit up 50 seconds.

Thats the only realistic workout video I've seen in my life she shows that it hurts her and struggles to do it sometimes all the orther sh8t i watch people are 10 min ab workout and are like faking bodybuilders or gym trainers im here in my short like yeah im sure im gonna be able to to them this effortlessly from the first try my dude. Ty for keeping it real

    day 1: i did it and i really feel the burn! and i think its a good workout
    day 2: i did it and its good, i feel the burn so much, i cant wait to see results!!
