    1 day ✅ (I barely managed,but okay)
    2 day ✅ (a little tiring but I managed,my belly hurts a little,but nothing scary)

  2. I work out every single day. On my first day, it was so hard for me to convince myself to start working out but in due course, my body can't even end the day without working out.

    Day 1: I paused the video now and then cause can't do it continuously.
    Day 2 : I tried not to rest during the 50 secs workout, didn't work.
    Day 3: I was about the endure half of it but eventually got tired.
    Day 4: I endured everything. But my arms hurt so bad.
    Day 5: Finally, it is much easier. I got to do the routine properly.
    Day 6: I started to put more pressure on my abs, so I could work those fats.
    Day 7: I didn't even perspire. The workout still hurts but it is bearable.
