  1. Okay guys don't forget to warm up before workouts!! Anyways I decided to try this challenge because It's almost summer and I wanna look snatched. So here is my day one
    Day 1 :

  2. I’ll do it u till I get my desired weight(45kg) and I’ll also update
    Current weight: 63kg
    Day 1- did it once bc it started of hard
    Day 2- once again.
    Day3- my neck hurts. Did it once
    Day 4- did it once. I could feel the burn.

  3. Doing this for the 10 days so (hopefully) I’ll keep you updated

    Day 1: definitely didn’t do it right but it was PAINFUL!! well for me cause I have a good amount of belly fat so I’ll update if I see anything after day 4

  4. Day 1: done i used all my strength lol
    Day 2: oh God, my body hurts so I didn't try as hard
    Day 3: i tried harder than yesterday but not as hard as day one. The pai got a bit better

    DAY1: ○ i forgot how up&downphobic i am, it actually pains me. this workout actually burns tho! i wish i could do it twice but i have school so (T_T)
    DAY2: ○ i swear i had a feast today, i have no idea if im doing these moves correctly but nonetheless they still burn

  7. I have been doing this for 5 weeks and idk how but my thighs have got a big smaller and my stomach is becoming more defined the line that is in between ur ribs in ur stomach that line has become defined for me and I have lost some weight on my lower stomach I will keep doing this
