Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

  1. Thank you so much for this video it's so short so I don't have much time I can do it really fast. I do it three times a day, I go on a 2-3 mile bike ride as cardio a few times a week or everyday, drink a lot of water, and I watch what I eat rather than eating less. I now have that ab crease thing down the middle of my stomach and have visible abs in certain lighting to now I'm working to more defined abs. I love this workout and good luck to everyone else!

I do this two to three times a day and I'm not eating less but I'm just eating a bit healthier so thank you so much

  3. I’ve done this for about a week now, I’ve definitely seen results! But I would recommend doing this for about 2-3 weeks if you actully want to get abs!

    day1: done✅ my stomach burned but that's all tbh. it wasn't THAT difficult.

  5. ok i don’t usually do this but guys keep me accountable!! gonna do this for a week or so. also i’m on period rn so i can’t go as hard as i typically would
    day 1: definitely not the easiest ab workout but i can tell it’s gonna be a good one! only did it once today but later in the week i might try two or three times a day.

  6. this dont only make your stomach to be flat your chest to!!!! bc i was doing this one and chloe thing to see if i can have lest chest but like i always see it more larch but this make its small to! :O
