  1. He was right when he said "starting is the hardest part" and he is right, today I was like "ugh, I dont wanna do this" now that I'm done I'm like "I'm glad I did that"

  2. This makes a lot of sense.
You're an inspiration. I was inspired by you to learn trading and to start investing already. Good thing, Crystal Legend on telegram via delegend_fx is serving me right. Looking to diversify soon.

  3. I love the routines. I would really like more only standing routines since I do your sessions at 7:15 am every morning! Thank you for making these routines free to the public. I really appreciate it.

  4. Found Body Project a few weeks ago and am loving the challenge. Just about manageable but it pushes me hard and makes me sweat!! Have done this one a few times now and am doing some of the harder version, had to pause midway today but the trainer makes me feel OK about this and not like I failed.

  5. My 6th time doing this workout in the past 2 weeks. I feel amazing. I love that I can go at my own pace. I haven't exercised in awhile and thus is a great beginner cardio workout. I'm going to try some more of your videos in the future!
Thank you for your motivation and inspiring words!

  6. My only issues with these videos is. There is no real explanation about the next workout moves. And he doesn't teach proper breathing techniques. When taking a break to breath always put your hands above your head and breath in your nose out your mouth. It gives your lungs maxim capacity. Bending over restricts the amount of air you can bring in to refresh your body.
