  2. Hey to everybody, I just want to share my story. My ex boyfriend cheated on me 4 months ago… I was bored as hell and felt soo depressed, but this corona time helped me to work on myself. Friends motivated me to work hard, and I started watching some videos here on YT. I gotta say your workout routine is pretty amazing. In the process I took diet from website called Dietarize to further improve my meal planning. I lost 27lbs in 4 months, I hope I am going to achieve your figure one day!   3. i'm so glad you talked about the reality of bodies we see on social media – it's so toxic how most of us are so discontent with our bodies when our bodies are amazing & do so much for us!! like you said, we see so many different people and we're like "ooh i want this person's waist" "i want this person's booty" "i want boobs like her" "i want hair like that person" but in reality, no one is all of those, and we shouldn't expect ourselves to be that either… i hope you don't go ahead with your nose job, not shaming you if you would, but i never think the solution to hating a part of oneself is changing it, but rather coming to terms with yourself and learning to love it. there'll always be some part of us that we don't think is "good enough", and the only way out of that thinking is to learn to accept it as it is, not try to change everything that we're a bit unhappy with… it's a constant battle we have to fight unfortunately, but i'm sending all my love to everyone out there trying their best in loving themselves in a society that profits off of women hating themselves!

  4. So weird that some people think if you are skinny you don't have to work out. Like since when we work out to be slim? I work out to be muscled, strong and cause it makes me feel energized. Being slim doesn't automatically make you look good especially in older age when you need to muscles to stay in good form cause nature won't give you the benefit of attractive body forever.
