  1. This is a life saver. While I barely make it through a stretching video without feeling like I am about to collapse it is just calming and makes unused muscles ache in a good way. It’ll take so much work to get to pre COVID these workouts will make me try and keep up the momentum.

  2. I looooove fitness blender and recommend it to everyone but this video's advertisements need to be reconfigured. I got interrupted I think 8 times mid-stretch with a loud ad. :/ Great routine though as always. but very hard to remain relaxed with that many loud interruptions.

  3. I like your stuff so much!!! Very comfortable and been doing buns and thighs as long as it been out. I love the Pilates yoga combo!!!! Great job!!!

  4. I loved the video. But I don't know who got greedy, YouTube (more likely) or fitness blender but 7 ads in one video that too one that's about letting go of the day's stress is downright mean.

  7. I really love your videos. Thanks for all the work you do! But I find it real irritating that the wall in the videos is plain white, no colors at all. It's too bright. My eyes have problems with that…sorry:)

  8. I've done this exercise soooo many times already! Its always one of the first workouts I'm doing when I'm feeling that I need stretching. Allways great!

  9. Thank You for the video..tried this minutes ago and found out that i am really flexible than i was legs though..
