Six Pack Abs workout! ( No Equipment)



Hey guys my name is Ignatious. Here is the workout:

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest 15 seconds. Take a 1 minute rest at the end of every circuit.

1. Knee Tucks
2. High to low Plank
3. Crossover High Knees
4. Ab Crunches
5. Mountain Climbers

Complete this circuit for 3-5 rounds.
The plank is a bonus exercise which you do last.
3 sets of your maximum hold. Take a 30 seconds rest in between.
