  2. Okay, im gonna do this workout for 30 days! I'm not on a diet, but I'm gonna eat healthier! School is starting in 7 days so i hope i see change! I wanna feel stronger and more active, please remind me to update each day!

  5. The best thing about her workouts is that you will feel the burn..slowly slowly the burn will become less..but the burn you will feel when doing it for the first time proves that these exercises will's very hard at first but don't stop ! We can do it girlsssss!
