Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Most people can do this flat belly, round hips workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
To get a flat belly, you must combine effective exercises (like this video) with a clean healthy diet. Your diet is very important in order to see results from your workout routine. In addition to targeting the hips area (also known as the hip dip area), this workout also helps you burn fat! Depending on your genetics, some of that fat will come off your belly and help you get the flat stomach of your dreams 🙂
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 – 30 min total per day is a good amount!

I understand how you might have gained quite a few this quarantine period due to the lack of physical activity but you can do something to correct that, too.
