– Hand on your side
– Keep top leg in front of back leg
– Press up and hold side plank
– Arm raised straight up
– Hold T position
– Reach underneath
– Fold at the hips
– Reach behind you
– Control trunk
– Return to T position
– Use a comfortable tempo
